With rolling lawns dotted with large, beautiful trees, Riverview Park is a peaceful place for a stroll. The park offers both open and sheltered areas, including a children’s playground.
The new housing developed along the waterfront gave rise to community amenities in the form of new parkland. This park was officially named by the Park Board on October 16, 1995 following a community consultation process. The purpose of this blog is to visit and review all parks in the City of Vancouver.
